Lighthouse Automation Systems, Inc. has had the pleasure of working in several Automotive plants  across Southeast for more than 10 years.  We have had the great fortune and pleasure of working with a multitude of different automotive plant departments, Tier 1 suppliers, and other affiliates.  Our experience includes, Training Development for PLC’s, Drives, Motion Control, Process Control, Displays, Networks, Remote Buses, Software, RFID, and Serial Communications;  machine development for a multitude of different types of machines, and Network and Remote IO systems  Layout for entire departments. 

We have also had the good fortune to work in a variety of different style Textile plants, working on everything from Winders to conveyors and distribution systems.  We have designed product jam detection system to improve quality control, and implemented product monitoring systems to assist with tracking plant productivity.

Packaging

Lighthouse Automation Systems, Inc. has commissioned networks within water/wastewater facilities in the southeast.  We have designed control systems to communicate with pumping stations and monitor remote cells.  We are familiar with Radio telemetry and different types of wireless technology to accomplish each unique application.

Textile

We have experience with designing, installing , and troubleshooting control systems in detention centers across the US.  We have developed drivers in the processors to communicate to third party equipment, such as intercom systems.  We have modified networks to allow for redundancy in communication.  We have assisted with troubleshooting controls within different facilities to bring them back in operational order as quickly as possible. 

Detention

Lighthouse Automation Systems, Inc. has worked in multiple areas of the packaging industry since our foundation.  We have experience in designing visual inspection systems, tracking systems, jam detection systems, distribution systems, and other quality control systems.   Our experience with process controls gives us the advantage of selecting a solution that fits each customers needs. 

Water/Waste Water

Lighthouse has experience designing drivers to communicate to a variety of different applications onboard marine vessels.  We have experience with troubleshooting subsystems onboard using Industrial Controls.  We are partners with Nightwatch Industries, an OEM of vessel monitoring systems, and have assisted with many of their design and installations.   We have been utilized by a well known shipping company as an emergency service when subsystems on their vessels go down.  Lighthouse has the resources and experience to take care of our marine customers.
